Privacy policy

This policy explains what Roofserve Ltd does with the information you give us.

Who we are

Roofserve Ltd, 3 Newfield Avenue, Thorne, Doncaster DN8 4RX. You can contact us on 07947 493640 or at roofserveltd@outlook.com.

What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of work you need and anything you write in the message field. If you call or email us, we hold the contact details and job information you give us.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an assessment, prepare and send a quote, carry out agreed work, and invoice for it. We also keep records of completed jobs, including job records and any photographs taken, so that guarantees can be honoured.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It may be handled by the services we use to run the business, for example our website host, email provider and the customer-enquiry system that receives form submissions, and by our accountant or insurers where that is necessary. We disclose information to third parties otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for the life of the applicable guarantee and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for pages to work correctly, together with any measurement used to understand how the site is performing. Embedded content, such as the Google map on our contact page, is served by Google and subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
